Service Description
Acupuncture only (Japanese and/or Chinese treatment techniques). This is an abbreviated, approximately 30-45 minute session. Ideal for pain relief, stress reduction or just a quick tune-up.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Payment Policy A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. "No Shows" will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Your insurance company will not cover these fees. Payment and Co-pays are due at the time of service. Insurance benefits are not a guarantee of payment. Any denial of payment by the insurance company becomes the patient’s responsibility. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
